The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requires individuals to carry a government issued identification card to board a flight. The name, date of birth and gender that appears on the identification card must exactly match the same such data that is listed a airline ticket and booking records. Failure to strictly comply with these requirements may result in denied boarding or an undue delay at an airport security checkpoint causing a missed flight.

A deposit submitted to a supplier by the agent on my behalf will guarantee that travel arrangements have been secured. Rates are subject to change until booking is paid in full.
TCLV will secure a travel itinerary according to my approval of such, furthermore, a supplier may make changes to a secured itinerary that are beyond the control of TCLV and that TCLV will keep me informed of all applicable changes.
Where TCLV has identified the same in a written communication (including via email), a “Plan to Travel” fee may be required and/or certain itinerary planning charges may be imposed. By way of example only, TCLV typically charges a $100 ($500.00 for Destination Wedding or group travel) deposit for itinerary searching services, which will be credited back to you as a resort or cruise credit if the trip is ultimately booked. If the trip is not booked, or if a booked trip is canceled, the deposit would be forfeit and would become compensation to TCLV for the work associated with the searching, planning and communication activities. I understand that these fees may be charged individually for each /every itinerary requested.
Custom itinerary planning fees may be charged for multi-destination trips and trips that include coordination of multiple modes of transportation (e.g., flights, trains, ground transfers, etc.). Changes to already confirmed bookings will result in a $75 per change fee and may be subject to additional fees as outlined by the supplier. All other charges will be imposed only if advised in writing (including via email) by TCLV.
